Identify Tractor - Help Please

Friends of my wife bought a place and sent me these pictures of a tractor they found on the property. They have no need of it, but don't want to just scrap it. Problem is I have no idea what make and model this is. To be honest, it sort of looks home made to me. Would you fellas mind helping me identify what I'm looking at? Thanks a bunch.

Can you see what engine it has? The engine looks to have a cylinder barrel and a small muffler used on older B&S and Wisconsin engines. Hal

STEAMSHIP. Yes, don't scrap it. If you don't want it some Lawn and Garden Tractor guy would like to have it.

I would also post this on this site's Lawn and Garden section if I were you.

Emblem on hub cap ? Like to see closer picture of that.

Interesting, Bill

Could that be a B. F. Avery or maybe David Bradley sold by Sears-Roebuck or Montgomery-Ward?
