Will a 1701 international loader fit a farmall 706?

I am not sure anything can be made to fit with a gas axe and some Lincoln ready bolt . The loader for a 706 is a 2000 . and they are NOT a quick tach. more of a PITA unless ya got a tric. On a 706 ya want a pretty stout loader .

I've got a 1701 owner's manual in my collection at home.

I'll double check but IIRC, yes, it does fit.

The 1701 is more of a "universal fit" loader and does not require special brackets.

The 1701 Owners Manual says it fits: F-504, 544, 460, 560, 656 and I-544, 656. You can read whatever you like into that regarding the 706. I suppose different brackets may have been made at a later date.
