belly pump removal tool

Seems somebody's always wondering how to remove/install their pump, stumbled across my homemade in a few minute contraption today. The saddle comes out of my floor jack and this bolts in, the ready rod goes through the hole on the bottom of the pump and you lower the jack. One man job, no smashed toes.

I like. Mental note made. Now, about 10 days from now someone will ask how you drop the pump on your M or H. You and I will giggle.

Thanks, that is cool. I'll save the picture.
But I found a much better way. I finally got my two boys away from their Playstation, and we went out to the barn and lowered the belly pump by hand, and reinstalled it by hand later. I made sure we took as much time as possible, working together. really had fun.
