how do i set up f200 two disc plow with rubber wheel , fasthitch. .. some told me use the depth bar on right side to front hyd. ... undo a pin in back so it can float ...which one ? is there any diagrams of this procedure.try playin around today and i was going to deep with plow and not an even level.....also what should be my distance of my rear tires from center of tractor ...thanks for any help .. dewy

No plow info on that series. Using a more descriptive subject line will get far more interest and response. Like: Setup info on disk plow F200?

I have a C20 2-14" mold board plow that I've used for several years now. I also have the C200 fast hitch disc plow. I haven't used that one yet. The old farmer I bought it from told me set up and adjustments are the same for both plows.

You'll hook up the extendable bar from the fast hitch to the touch control. This is on the right side of the tractor. That will allow you to level the plow front to back.

You'll also need the bar that goes from the other touch control on the left side of the tractor back the the fasthitch. This bar pins in just above the brake drum on the left side. This allows you to adjust the fast hitch to side to side.

I have my rear tires set as narrow as they will go.

From the back there are pins and an empty hole just above each socket of the fast hitch. Pull both pins and it will float. You can put the pins back in the top holes, I think, for storage. I don't mess with that regularly so don't remember which hole is which.

I don't have the rubber tire on mine. I'm under the impression the that wheel runs on the land side, and that it can be set to control depth. I control depth with the stop located on the shaft of the hydraulic cylinder.

Try to find the manuals. Binders books or eBay.

thanks dean..mine has a bolt in the third hole ..i awsume you talking about that one..does the implement book shows all this kind of stuff or is it just a parts book.. thanks again gluey dewy

There is a parts manual that shows the parts breaks down. And a users manual that shows how to operate in all the various configurations.

"which one?"

Maybe both. Probably both.

You gotta hook up the depth control bar on the right side for moldboard plows, and I'd imagine the same is true for the disc plow.

You gotta set up the fast hitch to "float" with moldboard plows, both side-to-side, and up and down. I'd imagine the same is true for the disc plow.

It would be best to find the exact model of the plow and then find an owner's manual for it. Disc plows are not common, and I think fast hitch disk plows for the Farmall 200 are particularly rare.

A fast hitch moldboard plow owner's manual will probably be easier to find, and might give you enough information to get the plow working somewhat well. Something like a C-20 manual, which should be available at "binder books dot com".

I`ve never really tried using my C-20 plow on my Farmall 240. It should work, but the first things you`ll need are the filler plates for the fast hitch sockets on your 240. C-20 plow has small (2 1/2" high) prongs and 240 has large (3" high) prongs. You have to make sure all pins are moved to "float position". I think there`s 5 pins alltogether ,if I remember correctly. One for side to side movement inside the RH socket. Then the 2 pins on sockets so they can pivot. Another pin on underside of the FH cylinder, and finally the pin on the left upright moved to float position. Then you`ll need to level plow side to side with the cranks. Not nearly as nice to adjust the plow on a 240 as with a Super C or 200 fast hitch.
