hydraulic pressure on 350 utility

Is there a way to turn up the hydraulic pressure on a 350 utility? I mounted my three point Wallstein log splitter on my 350u , I normally run it on a Kiotia 35 horse diesel but am currently useing that for another project. I split two pieces of firewood and now it don't have enough pressure to even put a crack in the wood.

sounds like hyd pump is bad. not much of a way to bust hyd prusher.

The 350 has an open center system that only gets up to 890 psi after it has warmed up the oil

Not a flame, just information. The system is a demand driven type found on many small Farmalls of 3 digit numbers 300 on up to 560 and a few more. It is controlled by a pilot valve and orifice and dumps pressure to very low numbers internally until a control lever is opened. Then pressure is diverted to the valving and remotes. It will not work as an open center at all. They will get to rated 1200 until worn out. Jim
