Afternoon All,

never got a chance to try all your sugestions as of yet. Was sick last weekend and didnt do much at all. Now its warmed up so they work ok now Thanks for all that took the time to help I appreciate it very much. Looks like I can try the suggestions next week as its due to get colder again. Thanks so much .

Might not be a bad idea to get some lube in there now to drive out the moisture and prevent the problem before it happens again.
