Tractor Tire Source?

What would be an online source for good prices for tractor tires?

I bought some very reasonably priced (smaller) tractor tires from a dealer in WVA a few years ago, but I don't remember the name of the company.

I live in VA. Shipping needs to be considered...

Thanks again in advance...

I put a new set on my SM last summer and I searched for the best price for a few months. My local Firestone dealer was by far the best on price. They were $100.00 cheaper on each and mounted them. Shipping on rears is pricey.

Buy local!Consider shipping,after purchace
service...In the long run, local is always better. Not mention a local bussness YOUR
support to stay in business.I dont care if local
does cost a bit more. These guys are my
friends/neighbors....

I know a guy that bought 2 new rear tires on line and had the local shop mount them. They charged him there flat rate and in the end he paid 50 dollars more per tire then if he would of bought them at home.

What size and what are you going to do with them. Lots of prices and original bar type it depends on the use and will the tractor set inside. Tucker Tires in Tenn has good tires and great prices. I can get 9.5x24 local for 200 ea.

Good advice, all around. I live in the DC suburbs, so I'm not sure there are local dealers that sell tractor tires. I will make some calls though. I will check with a Firestone tire center.

The tractor has 9.5x24 turf tires on it now. I'd like to have AG tires on it.

I'd like even wider tires on it, but don't really want to replace the rims.

Machinery is a hobby for me. It will get used, but not heavy use.

Thanks...

They may not be "local" as in down the street, but you shouldn't have to drive too far in any direction to find some semi-rural area with agriculture going on.

The last rear tractor tires I bought were from C. Adam Toney Tire. They are in Oak Hill, WV.
They may also have a store in Beckley, WV. I assume they are still in business? They had the best prices that I could find at the time.

Try Butler tire in Frederick MD. I have a Super A and priced
fronts through them and the quote was very reasonable.
