Case IH 4210, 3-point lift arms don't want to drop; stand on them, they go down some- not all the way and when standing on them they feel a bit spongy. Could there be air trapped in the system?… or other problems? Tried all three levers, depth control, rate-of-adjustment, and main in various positions.
