Farmall 460 steering wheel

I bought a new center cap for the steering wheel on my 460. Is there a rubber o ring that goes on it to make it fit snug? That is what someone told me, but he wasn't positive. Thanks.

I bought it from ebay, didn't come with the o ring.

Old weldor; you may be fortunate by contacting the seller and it didn't get packed with the cap or, poke below 'steering wheel cap O-ring retainer' Farmall - International 460.
