No. all 300/400 350 and I think 450 up to a serial # break had planetary style band activated IPTOs
Later had Clutch pack style. I also believe there were differences in holding capacity and braking power at many levels. The drive shafts and seasonal disconnects on the drive shafts were also model dependent and serial number dependent. Jim
 
Don't enjoy disagreeing with Janicholson but 660 only used a planetary PTO. Complete unit or parts from a 300 should work.
 
No experience with the 660's. We did not sell any of them but the parts book shows the clutch type pto in later models. Don't know.
 
If you looked on line I tried it this morning two different ways to see. Looks like they have needed information left out. Clutch type PTO is shown when using 660 as the model because they used information from parts manuals that have 560 and 660 included. Then I looked at the PTO and it just says for models with clutch type PTO. Then I looked at the PTO drive gears and it shows 3 different ones. Only set for a 660 says 660 note B. Never found any of those notes on line. Maybe I don't know how. Anyway then I go to the old trusty parts manual. Note B is for drive gears for a planetary PTO and the only set listed for a 660. On to the clutch type PTO section, top of page says for 560 models.
Pete I always wondered if one of the reasons they stayed with the planet PTO in a 660 was because of the higher RPM. Top drive gear for the PTO would get fewer teeth to wear on if they slowed the shafts down more for a clutch type PTO. Also 660 purchasers probably would be more orientated on what the tractor would pull.
If they ever put a clutch type in a 660 from the factory I can't find the front drive parts for one.
 
Early 560's used the planetary style, and later ones used the clutch style. When exactly the switchover was, I don't know.

Could it be the same for the 660? I bet it is.
 
Slater, you sure checked it out a lot farther than I did, and the online catalogs are not much good for referencing the notes like the paper books were. I don't have a paper parts manual to double check that kind of stuff. I'll go with your interpretation .
