need help finding gauges restoration

im restoring a neighbors 364 ih. I cannot find a tach anywhere. it winds counterclockwise which is opposite of our 674, and most ih tractors ive seen. I also need the clear plastic panel that goes in front of small gages on dash. any help appreciated.

Shouldn't be hard to find. Ebay usually has them. Most any CCW rotation tach will work. I have an AC from an aircraft on my 205 MF.

I looked on ebay but only for ih tachs. any thought on the dash gauge cover. surely somebody makes this as many of these tractors as there are.
