756 Farmall Hyd Reroute Piping

A few months back, I mounted a second hyd valve under the seat of my 756 gaser, but didn't have the correct piping for the left hand(second) valve. Did have a second somewhat bent set of piping for the right valve when mounted as two valves and piping for a single valve, so I modified one set of tubing using the original single right piping from the front outlet, then changing the right rear tubing, then using the damaged right valve tubing for a two valve setup, modified it to fit the left valve and rear left outlet block. (If all that makes sense?)
Someone asked to see pictures of the tubing.
All works well, my son did the tig welding.
Attached is also a pict of the correct piping in another tractor.

A photo of the 756. I have a 6 1/2ft snowbucket for this loader but my Super C works better for moving snow. This tractor doesn't get used much.

Is it Spring yet?

Beautiful 756. That's my favorite model.

Cool fix too. People complain that nobody knows how to do anything anymore in this country. Really? Then how did that get done? LOL!

Dad added the 2nd valve on the 756 sometime in the 1980's. He used hoses to plumb it up, which was a pain because the hoses had to be the EXACT right length or else they wouldn't bend right. If the hose guy at the machinery dealer screwed up, it didn't fit.

The hoses cut correctly thing was my first thoughts, but agree that they must be the correct length, so I thought with a little trial and error I could trim and re-trim the steel tubing until I got the correct length. If the tubing didn't work, then I could always use hoses. I did do a small amount of bending on the tubing but in such short pieces it was hard to do without kinking the tube. Also, tight bends aren't good for most hoses available today.

Loren, Thanks for remembering to put those pictures up so others could see them. Tubing on those valves looks like it rolled off the assembly line like that. Good job. Next time we get to Minnesota I still want to arrange meeting up with you.

As you can see, in my piping, the right -1st valve controls the right rear outlets and the left -2nd valve controls the left outlets.

In the factory plumbing, this is opposite.
