Poped the cover off to put the park brake bolts back in, and found these in the bottom or against the side cover. I know I am missing the rollers, the roll pin is from the range shift cam, but where does that clip looking thing go??
See anything else missing or needing replaced?

The e-clip probably came from the detent arm pivot.

It's advisable to run a safety wire through the multi roll pin that locates the shift cam to the shift shaft. Mechanics wire is acceptable to use. Keeps the pieces of the pin in place.

If you find any slop in the reverse pivot arm where it passes through the cover get that fixed now while you are apart. A little slop there leads to poor reverse engagement.

The shift rails have been known to fracture at the bolt hole. Might give that a look.

Well your in there now so now is the time to repair all the sloppy pieces and parts . If you have not removed the side cover over the rev. shifting fork now is the time to do so . This allows you to get the Rev. shift rod back in to the shift fork . IF that shift rod has a sloppy key way now is the time to fix it . The main reason for all those broken pieces and parts is someone was slam shifting it due to improper clutch and dump valve adjustment . When everything set set correctly they will shift with two fingers and NO SLAM SHIFTING is required .

The other side of that C-clip, the part with the pie-shape segment, is still in there someplace, I'd sure find it. Don't know anything about 706, but that clip ought to clip into a groove in a shaft. Might be nothing holding the shaft now.
Just FYI, but I found on a Massey the best thickest replacement c-clip I could find was from a JD dealer.

That E clip is off the shaft that holds the detent arm on and the other piece is probably the next thing he will find in the HYD filter . You can spend a day fishing and never find it .

as others have said looks like shifter detent parts ,especially the two halves of what resembles a bushing that's most likely the detent shaft collar

Looks likeroller of shifter. Fixed neighbors 706 with broken shift rail last year. Got shaft from dealer it is updated uses c-clips to hold fork to rail instead of bolt. You can modify shift fork by cutting ends down so clips fit on shaft. Also I updated the park lever with IH kit with spring loaded shaft. It locks and holds tractor better which makes it safer.
