Hey guys having a bit of a timing issue with my 1951 Farmall M. My tractor jumped time one day and I pulled the distributor out finding the drive gear teeth are almost rusted to nothing causing my engine to jump time. The issue I am having is I can't for the life of me find a 12 tooth drive gear online. only ones I can find are the ones with the "R" code and the teeth are straight. Mine look like the go at a angle. Any help would be much appreciated I don't have the money for a new dist even if I did I can't find one of them online with the tooth count, Thank you- Josh

The Delco was a replacement for a Mag (probably)
There is an Ebay item 400647619901 that is a stock IH unit at 25.00. It would sure work for less than the Delco parts. Jim

I'M GUESSING you want the DRIVEN gear, the one on the actual distributor.

If that one is worn/ rusty how's the drive gear?

I have a bunch of old Delco catalogs... If I can find the parts breakdown for the 1111411, we would have an actual part number for the gear to search for.

Any chance there's an old time starter/generator shop in your area? They might have a parts breakdown.

Some allis chalmers and others used that distributor. May check that as another place to find a used one.

Well ran across some good luck my grandpa has a parts allis WD and luck happened it has the same exact dist. Got it running again, thanks everyone stinks i let it sit for two years when this is all that was wrong with it
