cylinder sleeve issue

I'm working on a tractor and one of the cylinder sleeves is stuck I believe it has sleeve retaining compound holding it in. Is there a way to get that freed? Thanks for your help.

That sleeve retaining compound breaks down when it gets hot enough, hotter than a running engine gets. Take a torch and run around inside the sleeve heating it up some, but not red hot.

Using a puller? Or trying to do it without? Heat up the sleeve a little and usually with a "slight" amount of force they slide out. Guessing the retainer is gone out of the block bore but could of got a little rust in it and rusted the sleeve in the block. Good luck.
