I have a gas h, and want to rebuild the carb since I have gas leaking out of the drain hole in the bottom and the main jet. Which carb rebuilt kit do I get? I keep seeing two different kits, I think ill do comprehensive but want to make sure I get the one for gas only. Thanks
 
If it is leaking out when you are trying to start it that can be a sign
that it is flooded. If it runs out of there while it is running then you
have a problem.

It seems to only be leaking when I have the fuel on but tractor off. I just got it running after the carb was rebuilt but sitting for a few years, it has new gaskets but I did not do the rebuild. I am wondering if the float wasn't set right. It takes it a little to start to too, but I know I need to make adjustments too. But I figured I should take it off and clean it or order the new kit and do it myself before taking the time to adjust the governor and the carb. From my research it seems to leak there when the float gets stuck
 
I had the same problem a couple years ago with mine and found I had a bad float in the carb. I got a new float from the local IH dealer, they had it in stock. Fixed the problem

I could be wrong but I believe there is a o-ring in the bottom
jet. The screw part of the jet screws up inside and the o-ring
seals to the screw. I have a W4 and mine leaks there and it
has a bad o-ring
