454 drivers seat broken

I have a 454 on which one of the (3) torsion springs in the seat has broken and my back can't cope any more without a sprung seat. I am informed by the IH dealership that this part is no longer available.

Is there a fix without buying a new seat? A second hand seat or part is not an option as I am in Hungary and there just aren't any here.

looks like those three torsion bars are available from the CIH online sites, about $18 each U.S. dollars. Don't know what the shipping would be though.
