nice I just drug a 56 in the other day paid 300 for the thing played around for a 3 to 4 hours and got it running good little tractor to work on have fun with it

Looks like your going to need a few parts for that oe unless you want a yard art machine but no matter what if you save it better then it going to China

oh, i have a few buckets and tubs of parts that came with it. previous 2 owners meant to rebuild. will not know until i begin, if i will need something. i will need some things, no doubt.

First thing I would do if it will turn over is a compression check. You have the crank. If it tests real low pull the head. Pay close attention to the valve seats. If they are pitted badly you will need another block. In the worst case you have a lot of parts to sell. Good luck

Iguess too for 300 they arent around here for that as we had bigger farms and just not popular when they came out as everyone was wanting more HP like the M sold like hotcakes in this area. The Cub shore did a lot of Mules in.

a man from murfreesboro, tn., told about when mules were being replaced. he said that you had to trade for the mules or you could not sell the tractor. he laughed and said he had mules in every other barn in the county

yea the lady didn't know what she had and just wanted stuff out of there even had the fast hitch on it I was lucky it had the under belly exhaust so the motor didn't stick and don't think it ran for 10 years or so

Ken, The Cub makes a great project. I"ve attached a couple of pictures of mine. Then and now.
I sill have some work to go but it"s taking shape.

Good luck with it,
