54 Super C Trans fill/drain plug

I just bought a 54 Super C and the gentlemen I bought it from was telling me he recently changed the gear oil in the trans. I then noticed the fill and drain plug are "male" square headed. All of my other tractors are female. However this is the "newest" Farmall I own and did not know if they changed plug style? I some what recall my uncles M having a male drain plug but I could be making that up(or was simply replaced).

I have been around an A, B, C, several SC's, 200, and 240 and all the oil fill and level check and drain plugs are male. The level check and drain have all been square head.
