Farmall B valve train parts questions

I found a local guy to work on my Farmall B head, he said to go ahead and order the parts I need and then bring it to him. I already have new valves, and I noticed here on YT parts they have a kit that includes new guides, springs, retainers, etc. When I disassembled the valve springs and retainers, there was a rubber piece that sat on top of each valve guide (I don't know the name of this part) and then tiny little metal clips. I found one site that called these "valve stem retainers". It doesn't say the kit here on YT includes these clips. Do I order them separately?

Also, some of the pictures I've seen on these parts showed valve seats that are pressed in....aren't the seats on the Farmall B ground into the head?

Can somebody give a first timer advice on what to order? Like I said I already have new valves. The # on the head is 6716DB.

I'm not sure what to tell you on the clips, I'm not familiar with the kit offered on here.

The pressed in valve seats are an aftermarket addition to put Hardened Valve Seats in these old motors after the lead was taken out of gas. Some guys think they are necessary, some guys do not. There are plenty of both examples out there. Your call.

The rubber parts or bits may be "valve seals", they are either umbrella style or Perfect Circle style. Take a valve to a good auto parts store and see if they have any to fit, better yet let your machine shop fit them, stock engines did not have them. The "tiny metal clips" that look like hairpins are valve stem retainers, they can be bought from Case IH. Your seats are ground in stock from the factory, I suppose it would be possible to machine the head and press in valve seats, all of mine are ground in.
