excite light fixture

ive been using the little lite fixtures to excite the alternators on everything I have around here, I haven't needed an more for a couple years now theres no parts store in my town with any all I can find is led lites and that don't work does any one have a online source?
 
Plastic fixtures holding side marker lights work well. (even just the bulb works). Just attach the ground to one lead and the supply to another. I use diodes because they don.t burn out. Jim
 
thank you guys I just like the lights cause they act like the old trucks and cars used to, One glance you pretty much know its charging but I may have to go that route
 
I use the plastic marker lights or dome lights. I always mount them just in front of the fuel tank if I can. If I need to look at an engine for some reason after dark all I have to do is pull the ignition switch and it lights up. It has saved me a few times.
