F30 manifold question

Plan to replace original manifold with this one. Has ihc logo so I am thinking it was a factory cold gas only manifold? What might the remnants of bracket have been or was it a farmer modification motor it came off of was originally a W30 engine. Thanks, mike

You are correct, that is the IHC gasoline manifold. I don't know what the bracket was for, probably a farmer add on.

Holds the heat shield for a corn picker, My F30 is loaded with cornpicker parts which makes since because grandpa bought it for that.

Ok makes sense. Picked up the manifold years ago when I
was loading up wife's grandpas first tractor, the '31 duckbill
F30. He had parked the tractor in 1961 so I loaded up the
spare engine parts from a disassembled w30 . Tractors were
over a bluff below corn feild, never asked about corn picker
parts. Had not thought about heat shield on a gas manifold.
