I want to clean out the oil bath on my W-4. But I cannot get the bottom bowl off. The bottom of the bowl hits the rod for the throttle no matter what I do. Is there some trick to this?

I didn't think it would be designed such that you would need to dismantle the throttle linkage to clean the oil bath.
