460 fenders

Are the fenders for a 460 row crop different from h or m fenders? What about 300 350 400 450? Trying to determine what I need for my 460. Thanks.

Old weldor; Yup, as another poster put it. I was fortunate to make a switch with someone who had the 'blade' fenders and wanted the correct ones for his M.

The 'clam shell' fenders that are 'correct police' correct for your Farmall 460; part number 371 047 R92 can be found on:
Farmall 340 right hand fender
Farmall 560
International 340 right hand fender
International 460 High Utility right hand fender

What part of the U.S. of A. be 'ya from? And, good luck with your search.

They are different.

They look the same to the untrained eye, from a distance.

The H/M/300/450 style fenders are much flatter and smaller. They do not extend above the tire.

The 460/560 fenders have a much more pronounced curve to them, and are much larger. They extend above and a little bit out over the tire.

You can buy new H/M style fenders, but your only choice for the 460/560 style is to find a used original set. There is a set on ebay right now but they want a lot of money for them and they will not ship. No good to you unless your're desperate and local.

The 340, 460, and 560 fenders have the same overall size and shape, and mount the same way. The clamshell style fenders from a 504 will also fit, but are not 100% "correct" because they have grab handles.

240 and 404 fenders are also the same basic size and shape, but they mount differently. I think someone creative could figure out a way to mount them on a 560.
