Are the fenders for the regular and the f-30 the same? From a picture they look to have the same 3 brackets. Are the measurements the same, if not, any idea what the difference is?

We are now supplying many of the fenders for early IHC tractors and wish to thank all of you that have helped. This is why we ask the questions here at YT, we get the information we need. Thank you again.

Yes, We will have both the support brackets and mounting brackets.

The plan is to offer both "Skin Only" and "Complete" fenders. Those that have rusted out sheet metal can simply replace there old metal and we can ship many of the fenders either UPS or Fedex to hold costs down.

Bob, no the Regular three bracket fenders are not the same as the F30 fenders. They were Three different fenders for the F30 tractors as well. Starting with 20547DAX and 20548DAX serial # 20061 and below, then 35383DAX and 35384DAX serial # 20061 and up. Both of these part #s the early and late were the short side panel for evidently steel or possible for 28 inch rubber. Then they had 35397DX and 35398DX with taller side panel for tall rubber tractors. There is no serial # break for these last fender #s. All groups of part #s are two braces mounting only. There never was a three brace fender on the F30 tractors just the Regular tractor. Hope this helps. Dwayne

Ditwiller's bought out Tired Iron along with the name and are producing fenders with the same design as Merle started with is my understanding. Our fenders are made off old original fenders that we have picked up along the way. This way we can make sure they will fit correctly and look as original as possible.

Thanks, Bob.

Dwayne,

Do you have any of the fenders you spoke of, would be interested in purchasing them if possible. Still want the 10-20 fenders and orchard tin we spoke of.

How many regular fenders did they have, Tall and Shorts???

Thanks, Bob.

I met the person who bought out Tired Iron at Mt Pleasant show last summer and I could not remember there name I thought it might have been you. Merle made a set of fenders for my 10-20 a few years ago he was a wonderful person. Iam sure you will do well as there is a good market for fenders, etc for the older tractors.

Bob, No I do not have any F30 fenders. There are several part #s for the Regular starting with 15255DX and 15256DX Wisconsin only serial# 701 and below. These had a special mounting cast bracket extra part to mount these because of drop housing inner plate was different. Then 15255DAX and 15256DAX serial# 701-1150 slight change in mounting braces ? Then 15255DBX and 15256DBX serial# 1151-27670 maybe slight changes again. Then 15551DX and 15552DX serial 27671 and up. All the above part #s are the three brace fenders. Some slight differences but basically the same version. These were all the short side panel style. Then part# 23063DX and 23064DX were used as a field change which is the same fender as the early F20 short side panel for steel wheel or 28 inch or smaller rubber tire application. Quite a variety of fenders and makes me glad I was not the parts man back in the day.
