"I'm not familiar with the red ones"

This is a tongue-in-cheek shout out to all you guys who have to point out that you don't normally deal with red tractors when you ask a question.

They're not *THAT* different. The basic principles of "suck squeeze bang blow" are the same no matter what color the paint is. Ignition systems, carburetors, spark plugs, etc... All in the same general locations and operate exactly the same way.

When your green/orange/gray/yellow/blue/other-red/other-green one won't start you know exactly what to do. Check for spark. Check for fuel. Etc. The red one won't start, and you go off feed. Seriously?

They tell people who are afraid to speak in front of a crowd to imagine everyone naked. Maybe it would help you if imagined that the red one was your favorite color?

Good point. Yep i specialized in working on RED tractors and i bought mostly red tractors , BUT there were times that someone would bring me some other color to work on and yep there were times i would have to go buy a new I T manual to look up spec's and yes it would take me a bit longer to do the job . working on different tractors was about like working in a Auto dealership, just about when you had learned about all you could on this years model here comes the next years model and ya start all over again.

I went to the Yamaha/Kawasaki dealer today and there were more Polaris sleds and ATVs than Yam/Kawi stuff!
