Check with Binder Books, they make high quality reprints of many manuals.

Also check with Lee Grady, the McCormick-IHC Archivist at the Wisconsin Historical Society

You can also check with some other guys that collect IHC.
Mike Androvich and Dwayne Hansford come to mind. Dwayne's business is Rustic Red Acres, I don't have contact information for Mike Androvitch though. Both are members of this forum and will probably show up later.
