gas cap recall

I've been trying for the last several days to submit a claim for a couple new replacement gas caps but the web site won't let me send the app. Has this site been shut down. Just curious. Larry

I tried a few times last week, could not get through either.
Just got another tractor with an old cap.

I did receive a few about three years ago on that site

I just used the site and received a new gas cap about the first of Sept.

If you can"t get through to them email me and I"ll send you a couple. I requested two a few years back and they sent me a case.

They won't give you one for a serial number that is in their system as receiving one in the past.

The error message that comes up indicates a bug in the website software.

Odds are the administrators are not aware of the problem, because a website for giving away free gas caps is not mission critical.

If you need a cap, call the number and let them know the website is broken.

BE NICE ABOUT IT. It's a free gas cap that they don't even owe you for crying out loud, not external_linkcare.

I too, have recently tried with no success. I have used the site for others, most recently this summer with no issues. I have not tried the phone number yet. So, not an issue with the number already being in the system...it is a site error. I figured I would wait a week or so and try later on.

I tried calling the number this morning and got a recording that whoever was at this extension was out of town until next monday. I just left a message about the problem.

I must of got quite lucky. About a month and a half ago; I submitted the serial # for my 1951 Farmall h and my 1946 Farmall m on a Monday to that website that has been linked in many YT posts.

To my surprise; Both caps arrived at my doorstep on Thursday.

That service was extremely quick which I was not expecting on a free type program. Most others people claimed that it would take a while, but that was not the case for me at least.
