voltage regulator wiring

Can someone please help me (in really simple terms) as to how to wire a new style voltage regulator onto an old style generator on a Farmall H 6 volt. It has the curved base that sits right on top of the generator. It has three prongs on side labeled B, L, and F and one prong in middle of the bottom. What do I wire to where? Thanks for any and all help. Have always had luck with this site in the past.

The F terminal hooks to the "F" terminal of the generator.
The B terminal hooks to the amp gauge, on the side not connected to the starter switch, with a #10 wire.
The L hooks to the fuse input terminal for the light circuit. (10 gauge is also good)
The No name goes to the "A" terminal on the gen.

Thank you so much Jim for this information. It is just what I needed in a way I could understand it. That is much appreciated. Patti
