Setting idle on Cub

How do I do it. I already posted this, but cant find it.
I had it in the shop to get the clutch squared away and it came back idleing faster. How do I slow it down??

First set the linkage going to the carb from the gov. Next there is a stop on the carb for idle sped if linkage is set correct.

Make sure the shop didn't bend the rod from the carb to the throttle.
