What are the changes in the F-20 fenders and why. Were the changes by year, tire styles, ???

Thank you for help, Bob.

parts book lists part numbers 23063DX and 23064DX for tractors from FA501 to FA68357 and NOT for pneumatic tires.

33669DXa and 33670DXa were for tractors FA68358 and up, also NOT for pneumatic tires.

not sure what the exact change was

Ryan, Do all those # pertain to only F-20's or were early from Regular? I am thinking the Regular fender was different than F-20.
Than F-20 had 2) steel and Rubber or was it both steel 36" and 28"?? oldiron29

those specific part numbers were out of the F-20 book only. I never looked in the regular catalog. Ive seen pics of regulars with fenders and the seem to sit real low and be a bit longer than the ones on 20's

Bob, To my knowledge and what I have saw on tractors is as follows. The 23063dx and 23064dx were the short sided fender for the steel wheel and would also work on the 28 inch round spoke tire tractors. Then the 33597dx and 33598dx is the taller sided fender for tractors with 36 inch cast center and 36 inch round spoke wheels. I have also got a set of shorter sided and narrow top panel set that I don't know for sure what they fit. All of these listed above have two braces. Then the Farmall Regular tractor had another fender 15551d and 15552d which is the same side panel height as the 23063dx and 23064dx but has a longer side and top panel that hangs down farther behind wheel and has three braces. As far as I have assumed this fender only fits the steel wheel or 28 inch round spoke tractors as they will not stand tall enough to clear 36 inch tire setup. I have pictures of all three if you wish I can send or post here. I have two sets of the 33597dx and 33598dx on F20 tractors and they clear 36 inch rubber fine.

Dwayne,

any idea why in the parts book both fender setups specifically say NOT for use on pneumatic setups? just curious

holy cow, I skipped right over those two part numbers :( . so I guess as it shows in the TC-13-A parts book, there is 3 sets of fenders
