What do these Cultivating & Planting Parts Fit?

Local foreign tractor dealer wants me to give them a price on all of this stuff they have left over from years of selling used Farmall parts. They are cleaning up the back lot and before they scrapped it all, they gave me a call to see if I was interested. I know it's all IH stuff, but being familiar with the "offset" models only, I'm not too sure what all of this stuff fits. I know it is hard to tell what all is there from the pictures, but it is a good amount of stuff. Look Closely and see if you can help me out.

Can't say about a lot of it, but some looks like "side dressing" parts and some a hilling attachment for a cultivator.

In the 8th picture that is a Ferguson or Dearborn SKO
cultivator. That"s a good piece to have by itself if it"s complete.

Those 3 point cultivators are not for sale because she is going to sell the feet and scrap the rest.

The cultivator shovels look like the ones I have for a mounted cultivator for an A, and the front blade looks just like the one I have for the same tractor.

Pic. 5 single row planter, Pic. 8 Blade for a SA
to 140, Pic. 10 side dresser for a SA to 140, So
where are you located and what do they want for
this stuff?

I see some Farmall stuff in there & a Ford hydraulic lift cover/assy. A real mix.

Does she not know that it will bring more as a whole than it will for scrap? That cultivator for scrap will bring about $25.00.It's worth much more than that all together.

The Pic 5 doesn't look like the typical Single Row planter stuff I have for the SA-140 (the red one). The one underneath it is actually for the SA-140. I've never seen one like the red one and there are several of those. I'm thinking C or SC ???

Pic 8 is a Blade for a SA-140, and I think it is missing a couple of linkages.

Pic 10 is a PLANTER drive for an international tractor. That is all i know. I do not think it fits a SA-140 because it doesn't look "set-up" right and doesn't have all the linkages those have.

The stuff is in Alabama and they want me to make them a fair offer for it since we sell and use alot of cultivating parts and planting parts, but my issue is that we only deal with the SA-140 and Cub stuff. I'm not sure what this stuff fits and therefore I don't know what would be a fair price for all of it because I don't know if I could do anything with it. She said they need to clean up the area and need the extra money, so it has to go.

Was originally thinking $1,000. But now I'm thinking $500-$700 after looking over the pictures and not being able to identify alot of it. I feel like that is a little more than scrap value for everything with scrap being $0.10/ lb here.

The store owner just called and wanted an offer, so I told her $600 to start out with and she said that was way too low. I told her to think about what she had in mind and what she thinks is fair and get back with me to see if we could agree on something.

I told her it is worth more than scrap but as it is, it is all partial peices of implements and therefore considered as "parts".

That is what I was thinking....actually $800. I think that she thinks I am trying to screw her and not be fair because I told her to think about what would be fair to her and to let me know. She hasn't called me back yet and it's been a day. I am pretty sure she has gotten her help to go out there and see EXACTLY how much stuff she has. She mentioned that she was going to count and see how many cultivator feet, etc. there is. I feel like $800 is more than fair for both parties. I really don't know what she'll do with it all if she doesn't accept my offer. I'm not gonna worry about it even though it is a good find for some "hard to find" stuff. I guess I'll let her decide to call me back.
