7230 case ih pulls like it is under load all the time put inching clutch in and it stops like you push in on the brakes any suggestion
 
If it pulls to one side as it is binding I would say brakes. If it is doing both sides it could be the brake equalizer (If it has one). Do not operate it except for testing. It sould be a frozen bearing in the driveline and driving it would ruin a housing or major cost parts. Jim
 
i should of said both wheel i unhook the brake line sna it still lock up i never have been into one of thees.
 
My 7110 did this many yrs ago...turned out the brake pedals were sticking on ...reach down and pull up on them and see if they release..may just need cleaning and lube..the master clys are located on the firewall ..open hood and they are obvious some spray lube on the linkages work wonders...hope this is your problem.

i check brakes has same set up as the 86 series i even took the brake line loose still locks up but think for all the replies i have to get to shop just dig into it one thing at a time

Does it free up with the engine shut off?

you know i don't know for sure but i am like you i still keep going to break problem seem that the ih dealer thinks so to so going to bring it to shop and do some close checking where i can jack it up see if wheel well turn with engine not running well let you all know what i find out
