706 282 head on 560 282

I've heard putting a 706 282 (or a 301) head on the 560 282 is an improvement. What specifically was improved on the 706 282?

For those that have done it, what other work needed done to match the head? Pump timing?

This is just curiosity, no intent.

Bigger valves.

Nothing else needs to be done. The only thing the later D282 heads and D301 had just a little bigger valves. Just bolt it on.
