Trip beam plows

Did IH ever make any trip beam plows in 3/14's. If so what would be the model number? Passed on a chance on a trip beam 2/14 John Deere many years ago. Probably was $100 more than a hitch release. No extra money in those days.

Yes IH made several modles of trip beam plows.I have two.A #314 and a#642(two ways).I dont know the numbers of the oneway plows.

A lot of IH plows could be had with either rigid or spring trip.

#60 or a #70 are trailer plows that are commonly found with trip beams. Plenty of mounted plows of that era used trip beams also.
