[b:79f716300d]I have a gas tank cap/gauge for my 300 that came off a parts tractor I found and bought. Does anybody reproduce the dial part of the gauge so it can be read? Mine is useable but pretty faded.

I don't know about the face of the gauge but OEM had a float for mine. The bad part is I have not figured out how to get it apart to replace the float.

Maybe someone has been able to disassemble one of those, but I tried taking apart the one I have on my 350 diesel. I could not figure any way to take it apart without breaking something. I did get it cleaned up and painted. The negative of using one of those float gauges in a diesel tank is that it is messy when you remove it to fill the tank. You need to hang it some place out of the dirt. Roger

I have one that came with my 300,it has a nice face but the
needle slips on its shaft. If you want it I'll sell it cheap!

[b:fa25511e19]Steiner has a different gauge, not the face of the cap/gauge. I just need the silver face for the cap/gauge.
