International wobble box for sickle mower

I bought a 404 lo-boy with a mid mounted sickle mower the wobble box keeps locking up on it"s own trying to take it apart but can"t figure out how to get the a-frame arm off from the box doesn"t seem like the shaft will move either direction so we can remove the arm to seperate the box to rebuild

you have to thread the pulley off first ...do NOT heat or hammer on the pulley, unless you want to get a new one. I made a "tool" to remove those pesky pulleys, that is just a ring with a 4 foot piece of 1/4" chain.
Block the wobble part so it cant move and wrap the chain around the pulley, use a bar to give leverage ..the chain is just held by a helper, friction will keep it from slipping.
There is a place for a socket on the pulley, but I find it is usually too tight(and too poor a fit) and can round the edges off.
There are right and left hand threads on these things, look at the rotation and turn it the opposite direction
