Question for Bernard le mecano

Hi Bernard, with reference to the Equalaiser valve bypass we discussed recently, would it be wise, (as I have the pedals bolted together & won't need independant braking), to couple the 2 pipes to the wheel cylinders, effectivly creating the same circuit as when the equaliser is in service and both pedals pressed, to give me an equalised braking system & therefore more balanced braking??

Hi, if you couple the pipe, from the master to the brake piston with a elbow, you cancel the equaliser valve. Your tractor will brake fine, but if the brake on one side have much wear then the other side, the pedal won"t be at the same level. Bernard in Quebec Canada
