A T6 would be the equivalent of a Farmall M 4 cylinder gasoline engine. Originalluy they called for a non det. 30 w. I would go with a good 15w40, which has the approx. viscosity of a 30 W, plus additives.

if your just using the machine for summer work then a staight 40 is good. winter and summer work 10-30, 10-40, 20-50. i would use 20-50 in hard working conditions. these are gasoline engine oils. 15-40 is a diesel oil and is ok also.
