Hi all,
I found the following quote from John in WV. I don't know if he's still active on the forum, but I've sent him a mail anyway. '''The reason why the equalizer valve was bypassed was because it was leaking hydraulic oil, which lets air get into the brake system
This is because the brake pedal, shaft and bushings are worn, mostly the inner pedal.
Call me if you need more info.
I have done this work for 35 years'''
This relates to why the Equi valve fails and he talk of bypassing the Equi. Valve. Any comments on this? or advice on how to do it?, it could be my best (cheapest) option if it's viable.
Thanks.

Hi, you can bypass the valve by disconnecting the 2 T fittings and replace by 2 elbows. You keep the valve in place, it"s the stopper for the brake pedal. Bleed the brake system and you can drive the tractor. Bernard le mecano Quebec Canada
