IH 2050 loader problems

I have a IH 574 tractor with a 2050 loader.
I removed the loader to replace the cluch.
Both lines were capted at the controls.
New lines were put on loader cylenders.
When the loader was put back on it will not work.
Full of fluid. Tried bleeding. Help

Even if there is air in the lines, the loader will go move if you have pressure. You don't have pressure.

Does the PTO work? Does the 3pt hitch go up and down? Does the power steering work?

What happens when you pull the lever? Any noises or change in the RPM of the engine?

Never used the PTO, lever on top will not move - Power steering works- 3pt goes up and down.
No sound when I move levers. [no pump noise or RPM inc.]
I drove it with both feed and return lines to the levers pluged, would this hurt?
What is the can on the right side [lower] that has a band holding it together, another filter or somthing I should clean?
Where is the pump located?
