First of all thanks to all who have been helping on my post...
Ok guys got the seal in...and the shaft is back on...
When I pulled the controller apart all the control check valves, springs, two big ball check valve and a small one, one big spring were all just laying all over the place. Need to figure where everything... goes correctly...Going to check the brake down link Anthony posted see if I can find where everything goes...Raner

If you disassembled it from the outside the parts diagram should work for putting it back together. I have never cracked one open so if it's internal I'm not sure...let us know how you made out, I'm going to be doing my oil seals soon on my M and I might have to pick your brain soon lol ~Anthony

Hello again...
Could not find the information I needed on the link...
I took a picture of the parts I need info on, Maybe someone can
tell me where his stuff goes...

Need info on this!

Info picture One

Info picture Two

Info picture Three

Looks to me like the big ball check valves go with the two piston actuators, and the small ball-spring-and button go together but have no clue where the cups go...But I could be way out on left field as to where the stuff goes...
If some one has a stigmatic for the controller can you take a picture and post it, That would be great ...Or if you can walk me threw it that will be good also...Thanks Raner

Hi Antony...
The problem I have is when took the controller apart the darn thing came apart before I could see where every was...LOL..
Pulled out the complete unit...this thing is heavy, had to use my floor jack to get it out...
Some one had been in there...they double gasket the base of the pump and did not put a gasket on the top of the pump where it meets with the top section...beat the hell out of the seal and...Has to pull the shaft from the gear with a press to get to the seal...then had to repair and polish some bad nicks to get the gear back on...when in fairly easy...
When you get ready to do yours just email me at [email protected]
I help you in anyway I can...Raner

I have several belly pumps around that came out of parts Hs and I
could send you one, the pump part has to ship separately from the
reservoir due to weight but if all you need is the pump they are not
too heavy to send. I am in northern NY, if you would like one just
let me know your zip code and I can check to see the postage cost.
Zach

Thanks Zach...
I'll keep it in mind. If mine leaks, I'll get one from you...
I am in Corpus Christi, Tx, Zip Code is 78413...
My email is [email protected]...
I need to figure out where to put back the check valves and I think I'll be alright...
I looked to download a repair manual but could not find one.
Every one I found has to be shipped and my wife is going to kill be because the tractor is apart in drive way...LOL...
Thanks again for the offer and will see how it goes...
If you would just send me an email so I can have yours in case I have to contact you on the pump...Raner

Ok guys got the belly pump unit installed and everything seems to be working just fine and no leaks...Ran it for about 30 minutes...The reason I could not figure it out is because I was missing a spring for one of the big ball control valve...I found one in my tool box that pretty darn close to the one I had and it worked fine...
Thanks to all of you that helped me out on my post...
I am EXPERT ON FARMALL - H BELLY PUMPS...LOL...Raner...

There are no gaskets as such in the pump assembly. They are shims to set the end clearance of the gears to the end plates. That is way they are all on the same end.

early pumps were lower pressure and did not have any provision for setting the clearance so they have no shims.

Hello Owen...
Mine must be considered the early one because I did not see any shims in it and I had it completely apart...
