H leaking water near cam gear cover

Guys, my buddies H is leaking water near the cam gear cover, I"m not near my manuals at the time and can"t remember if there is a soft plug up front in the block as well as the back. Anyone know if there is?

Probably water pump, packing nut needs tightened or packing replaced. Could also be a loose hose clamp near there.

some older Hs had soft plugs behind the timing plate.

When that leaks it usually shows up in the oil.
