I am relaying this issue for a friend. I live in MN and the tractor is in AK so bear with me. He says when he starts the tractor the hydraulics "go up and down". Evidently it does this without him touching the levers. It has a belly mower mounted on it, so I'm not sure if he means the cultivator lift arms or the cylinder for the mower. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. I can get further info from him if necessary.
