Farmall B carb conversion

I bought a Farmall B out of a guys pasture a few years back and got it running pretty quickly, been a very good little tractor but I'm having carb problems, this one was very dirty and has been brazed and patched up in more than a few spots...it is a marvel carb and I was going to replace it but they seem rather expensive, However I have found several Zenith carbs pretty reasonable...here is my question finally, how hard is it to switch from a marvel carb to a Zenith?

It the bolt spacing is the same it should be a easy swap! You might have to adjust the Governor rod a little but probably not.

The B could have come with 7 different carbs as per my catalog. If it is the correct carb be it which ever brand it should be a simple bolt on hook up. I deal with those A/Bs all the time an in the past years I have had many of them and the carbs are pretty simple. Shoot I bet I could rebuild what you have with all the spare parts I have on hand
