anyone know where to find a waterjacket cover for 1949 farmall M,..the sand blaster found a lot of pinholes in mine.....

CaseIH, Steiners, etc. I returned the one from Steiners because of the wrong size bolt holes, also I don't think it was shaped right, and paid more for CaseIH, but it fits.

have you tried wengers of myerstown? just for giggles I looked at yesterdays tractor parts the are showing the cover

This site has them.

I got one from Steiners, had to drill out all the bolt holes and seal it with RTV because it was so thin.

In the meantime, you could do what I did on my 450 when it came back from the machine shop and the cover leaked through several small holes: I mixed up some JB Weld, spread it over the holes (after brushing the paint off) and put some duct tape over the wet JBW to keep it in place while it hardened. It was supposed to be a temporary fix, but two years later, it hasn't leaked a drop!

The one from steiner was only $30 for my super H as to the one from IH it was $125 I think but it fits perfect and I think it is much heavier, sometimes we just have to pay more, just my 2 cents.
