404 Hyd...AGAIN

Posted awhile back about a 404 3 Pt being weak, told man go ahead and use it, which he has, he says it's slow, sluggish, weak, then it starts working fine, it'll be fine for awhile then back to slow, sluggish weak, pressure relief valve??? The 3 pt will stay up quite a while after tractor is shut off, TIA

I guess I didn't word this right but HELP!!! Is there a pressure relief valve and if so where's it at??? Does anybody have a idea what the problem might be???

pressure relief valve is under the seat. in the top of the case. have to remove several bolts to take the top off.
