Stuck stuck stuck

Went to spin over the parts tractor. Found the tarp off and water in the exhaust manifold. Now it's stuck. 350 utility diesel. It spun over this spring. What to do without pulling head? Is there a source for gaskets? Thanks

pull it in gear? I put my farmall in reverse and pulled it behind my 100hp tractor, after about 20 ft the fan was trying to spin and i knew it was free. Had been sitting in a field for 6 years and that little tug made her free right up!

yep and ill tell you something else that's a good way to muck up a bunch of rods and stuff you don't want to have
to pay for

DO NOT TRY PULLING IT. Unless you want to break rods etc. If you can remove the injectors then check and see if the cylinders have water in them. If they do your pretty much had to having to pull the head and probably the pan. If the cylinders are dry fill with turpentine drop the injectors back in to keep stuff out of the cylinders and let it sit a few days. Then give the starter a try

Montes Equipment sells parts for the Continental engine in the 350 diesel. They have gasket sets, and overhaul kits including new sleeves, pistons, rings, oil pump rebuild kits, but not valves. Roger
