Super C seat fix

I gave up on replacing the rubber bushings in my seat for the 3rd time. I went to work and made a bronze bushing to replace both rubber bushings, mounting rod and the 2 bolts. It was machined to slide inside the housing with a little clearance. I drilled and tapped it for an 1/8" grease zerk that also holds it in place. I can adjust the tension on the seat by how tight the bolt is. Just can't get to carried away or it could shear the zerk off.

Looks good, I've done something similar with a steel bushing on my H. I'm always up for fixing things so I won't have to do it ever again as long as it looks good not cobbled. Well done!
