GM 10si Alternator Conversions

I found a nicely made pigtail for the GM 10si for converting generator setups to alternators. I waited before posting, to be sure these were as nice in person as they seem on the web site. They are. you do realize about 3'3" of 14awg wire and 2 female spade connectors and a diode or resistor of correct value will take care of that.. right?

last diode i bought cost 30 cents.

I don't see a dollar of materials there....

I agree a simple job to make your own. Why waste $22.

I agree, from one standpoint, it's expensive. My problem is I have so many projects, my time is worth quite a bit. And this is a nicely put together assembly. I can install this for 5 or 10 minutes and go back to my other projects.
